Welcome to our Video Page
All of the videos on this page were created to help you learn about your 4D Embroidery software. You can view any of these videos for free by just clicking on the link listed at the beginning of the video. If you have any questions about the contents of these videos or if you want to make a suggestion or request for something to be covered in a future video, please click here to create an email to me.
Occasionally I receive questions from my readers which require rather long answers. Rather than type in a long explanation, I decided to create videos that you can view for free to get the answers to your questions. If I sound as though I am rushing through these videos it's only because I'm trying to keep the size of the video small so that those of you who are using dial-up connections will still be able to view the video.
Downloadable Videos Now Available
Many of you asked for downloadable videos and now they are here. There are now two links on each video. The RED link on the left is for viewing the video. The BLUE link on the right can be used to download the same video. Here is how they work.
When you click on the download link, a special PDF will be opened and the Adobe Acrobat Reader software will be started to open the PDF for you. You can then view the video from inside of the PDF and, more importantly, you can use the File>Save As feature of Adobe Acrobat Reader to save the PDF on your hard drive! Once you have a copy of the PDF, you can share it freely with anyone. You cannot sell the video to anyone. So now, if you have friends who do not have access to a high speed internet connection, they can see these videos. All you have to do is to copy the PDF to a CD-ROM and give the CD to your friend.
Are you having a problem viewing my videos?
Possible Fix #1
If you have any problems viewing any of the videos listed here because the video never displays and only shows a black box, then you need to change a setting in your Adobe Flash Player settings. You can find the settings panel for Adobe Flash Player by clicking here. The following dialog should open. If the option "Allow third-party Flash content to store on your computer." is not checked my videos will not play. Check this box and then close and re-open your browser and the videos should play.

Possible Fix #2
If you watch on of my videos and the video simply stops part of the way through the video, then take the following steps to correct this problem.
- Open Internet Explorer and then left click on the word Tools on the Menu Bar.
- Left click on the Internet Options on the drop down menu.
- Left click on the General tab at the top of the dialog that is now open on your screen.
- Find the option on this page that says Delete Browsing History and left click on the checkbox for that option.
- Left click on the X in the upper right corner of the dialog to close it.
- Close Internet Explorer.
- You can now either return to the link in the email that points to the video, or return to this page and left click on the link found here to view your video.
