I receive many questions from customers about my books and classes. Please take a few minutes to look through these FAQs to see if you can find your answer here.
Q: Can I order a book directly from this web site?
A: My agreement with SVP Worldwide Inc. and VSM Sewing, Inc. states that they have the exclusive distribution rights to all of my books that they carry in their sales inventory. This includes all of my books that cover the 4D Embroidery System and the 5D™ Embroidery System. Because SVP Worldwide Inc., and VSM Sewing, Inc. do not carry any of my 3D Embroidery System books, I can sell those books to anyone regardless of their location. If this ever changes, I will post additional information here and in my free monthly newsletter about how you can purchase these titles directly from me. There are authorized Husqvarna Viking and Pfaff dealers who do sell directly over the internet.
Q: When will you be teaching classes in my area?
A: I am located in the Lutherville Maryland area. Most of the classes I teach are located within 100 miles of this area. I have made personal appearances in other areas such as Cockeysville, MD, Westminster, MD, Hickory, MD, Lewisville, NC, Sterling, VA, Belmont, NH and Nashua, NH I schedule personal appearances based on the requests I receive from your dealers and at other times when I travel around the country. If you think that your local Husqvarna Viking or Pfaff dealer would like to have me come to your area for a class, then have them contact me by clicking on this link to send me an email.
Q: How much do your classes cost?
A: Classes are priced by your local dealer. You will have to ask them for details on these classes. As each class is scheduled, the dates, times, and cost are posted on the Classes page on this site.
